Abstract:

As the world is looking forward to the common market system and the rejection of the economic variables, a general trend to support the Egyptian economic revolution is seen, extend its impacts on the urban and architectural sides in Egypt. Many commercial blank buildings that are backed by Atrium have been appeared.

The researcher reviewed the opinions and theories either with search or application.

Abstract:

The research aims to derive rates and design criteria for the regional trade centers outside Cairo territory, in order to guide the planners and architects while designing this new style of commercial buildings outside Cairo.  And it can be sampled in: the distribution of the elements of the general location, the proportional distribution of the architectural elements of the building, and the proportional distribution of commercial activities within centers (sales planning), in order to reach the contemporary designs for this new style of commercial buildings matching with the local requirements and data for Cairo.

The research ends with the findings and recommendations that determine the design criteria and rates for the regional trade centers of Cairo; represented in the following:

*Ratios distribution of Site Uses.

*Ratios distribution of architectural elements uses for building.

*Ration distribution of commercial activities within (sales planning).
