Founded in 2016, GEBAL provide main consultancy services for various type of projects. GEBAL have honorably undertook the main consultancy of The Presidential Palace in New Alamein City, WE Headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, ETAPA Square in Sheikh Zayed (6th of October City), Green Waves in Port Said, Aseel Compound and other mega projects in Egypt and all around the Middle East.
GEBAL adopts a design-led approach within a consultative environment, ensuring a collaborative process to provide holistically integrated engineering solutions in the fields of architectural, structural, electromechanical and environmental engineering.
ELGABALY ARCHITECTS
Elgabaly Architects was founded in 1994 in Cairo – Egypt, by Dr. Tamer A. Elgabaly. The firm is specialized in the fields of Architecture, Urbanism, Interior and Landscape Design. The projects of Elgabaly Architects span over several regions of Egypt and the Middle East, encompassing both new buildings and renovation works.
Elgabaly Architects have designed several malls, hotels, resorts, office buildings and housing developments. In the early 2000s, Elgabaly Architects was best known in Cairo for their innovative residential schemes in Heliopolis and Nasr City, creating iconic buildings that would later become urban landmarks in the city such as the renowned landmark of Heliopolis ‘Tivoli Dome’ that would later achieve a Guinness World Record title for the ‘Largest food court in the world’.
In addition to ‘Tivoli Dome’, Elgabaly Architects have carried out the design of iconic megaprojects, establishing a distinctive architectural language with an eye for detail, utilizing contextual forces and achieving commercial success. Regarding previous works, the firm has honorably carried out the architectural design of The Future University in Egypt (FUE), Porto Dead Sea in Jordan, Porto Cairo Mall, Porto Sharm El-Sheikh, Golf City Mall in Obour, Serenity Resort in Sahl Hashish, Porto Aghadir in Morocco and other unique projects in Egypt and the Middle East.
