Charming Land is an integrated Leisure and Entertainment resort of the largest kind, a 77.865 m2 extraordinary environment destination for regional and international visitors situated in Nabaq Bay in Sharm El Sheikh. It is an architectural and master planning project designed to offer a milieu of activities among a series of heavily interwoven zones of programme.
El Gabaly Architects has worked across all scales to design a resort mixing between the nature of Nabaq Bay as a natural reserve and the vitality spirit of Sharm El Sheikh as an International touristic city.
With its rich mountains and stunning views, Charming Land is well-endowed with a diverse landscape. The many components of Charming Land have been designed based on the interior views to compensate visitors from going to the sea.
The urban design concept offers large open spaces covered hotels, food and beverage zone, a promenade. Natural design elements are used to characterize the project: water, landscape, and the forms, materials and details associated with natural architecture.
The project is planned into two major zones of programme: the Sea Club hotel and the Group of hotels which targeting 389 rooms, mega store, bank, complex building, night clubs, food court and outdoor performance spaces.
