As a shopping experience Crystal Mall combines luxury goods boutiques, like the traditional souk, these different experiences are brought together in an interior architecture of dappled sunlight, bright colors, with a changing rhythm of squares. Crystal Mall Took advantage of the interplay between the park and people shopping indoors, by keeping the shop building largely transparent and simply sheathed in aluminum cladding panels.
Crystal Mall also has meeting rooms, auditory, services room and even ramp lead to three basements for parking. The different faces of the building provide different views of the surrounding area. By offering an alternative to the globalized one–size–fits – all shopping mall it offers a distinctive modern interpretation of the regional vernacular.
As per scientific studies, certain types of crystal & gemstones have varying amount of natural vibrational energies & metaphysical healing power. The concept of natural is not only limited to crystal only, but also the movement and formation crystal in the core of the earth. Crystal healing is a phenomenon; where in the properties of crystal & emotions.
The typical floor plan is disposed in a Crystal form around one atrium, which ensures that all workstations are well lit and enjoy a view. The Crystal’s design is derived from multi-faceted urban life, with its crystalline shape. The Crystal building showcases sustainable design and construction, and LEED standards.
The Facade is made out of Aluminum Cladding panels with bright gold. It includes four floors for shops and three basements for institutional and representative uses.
