The idea and the design of the project targeted to reach an integrated model of activities, services for residential communities, outside Cairo, as well as to achieve uniformed architectural design for all buildings despite the variable uses and activities of the buildings.
Renaissance building (Renaissance Architecture) in Europe is one of the final stages of classical building that had witnessed the evolution in patterns and configuration forms of buildings with its various activities, whether residential, commercial, entertainment or social aspects.
So the architectural design of the project was derived from the “Renaissance Building” design, in an attempt to achieve romance, originality, warmth and nostalgia, through the high classic residential community, and that was applied to the gates, fences and many models of palaces and villas inside compounds.
And the diversity in applying such architectural style (Neoclassic) on buildings and clubs with the suitable designs that is applicable with its functional values, and applying the same architectural designs for Golf City Mall building, but with a different thought of postmodernism (Post Modern Architecture).
The huge success of Golf City Mall project leads to expand the area of commercial buildings and then “Porto Cairo Mall” project. The idea and the project design aimed at the design of the building and the Piazza arena in the formation of a coherent approach to integrate functions.
